Liability Facts:  51 year old female Plaintiff slipped and fell on a rain dampened walkway at Defendant’s office complex. Plaintiff fell forward and attempted to break her fall with her right hand. Plaintiff had a previous history of osteoarthritis to the cervical region and symptoms of joint discomfort in all her extremities thought to be lupus.

Injury:  Cervical and lumbar strain, small herniated disc at C7-T1 with no cord impingement, carpal tunnel syndrome to right hand.
