| Liability Facts: |
18 year old female student was riding as a guest passenger on the back of her boyfriend’s motorcycle during
daylight hours when Defendant failed to yield the right of way by turning left into their path. The motorcycle
struck the left front portion of Defendant’s vehicle causing Plaintiff to be thrown from the back of the bike
onto the pavement where she suffered a fracture to her left femur as well as multiple abrasions to her knees,
shoulder and foot. Plaintiff subsequently underwent surgery for insertion of a rod for fixation and alignment
at the fracture site.
